Our Heritage

Founding Supporters

Every charity has a story about where it came from. The founding supporters of Little Angels did not have an established track record or years of verified impact to point to when they decided to back us. They had a vision, a set of values, and a conviction that the cause was worth it. To be a founding supporter is to take a particular kind of risk, and those who took it are woven into everything we have become.

Some came from the business community, applying their understanding of early investment to the charitable sector. Others came from the healthcare world: doctors and play specialists who recognised an organisation that could make emotional and play support available more broadly. Others still had a personal connection: parents who had been through a child's serious illness and wanted other families better supported than they had been. To all of our founding supporters, we say simply this: you made this possible. Every comfort pack delivered, every piece of sensory equipment, exists because you chose to believe in us in the earliest and most uncertain days of this charity.
